Scrum Bootcamp
Course Description
Scrum Bootcamp is a 3-day course that provides delivery team members, Product Owner and Scrum Master with everything they need to begin a successful transition to iterative value delivery process. This course enables the team to obtain new knowledge and to put it into practice during the training. Our Agile coaches will engage with your team using interactive exercises and help them to learn new skills while creating Team Artifacts (Agile Working Agreement, Product Vision, Product Backlog, Definition of Ready, Definition of Done, Team and Product metrics, etc.), and establishing Cadence for Scrum Ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Standup, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Review/Demo, Sprint Retrospective).
We combined key components of Scrum Fundamentals Course, Scrum Master Training, Product Owner Training, Value Stream Mapping Workshop, and Story Mapping Workshop to address the needs of the newly starting team or established team who looking to transition from traditional project management to Scrum. Additionally, we provide complimentary access to ScrumStudy online learning platform to give team members an opportunity to explore their specific Scrum role and advance their skills.

Early Delivery of High Value
The prioritization of the Product Backlog ensures that the highest value requirements of the customer are satisfied first.
Continues Improvement
The User Story Writing, Estimation, and Sprint Commitment allow team members to take collective ownership of the project and their work, leading to better quality.
Sustainable Pace
Scrum processes are designed so that the team can work at a sustainable pace that can be continued, in theory, indefinitely.
Efficient Development Process
The development process is efficient due to time-boxing and minimization of non-essential work.
Innovative Environment
The Retrospect Sprint and Retrospect Project processes create an environment of introspection and learning, leading to innovation and creativity.
Customer-Centric
Emphasis on business value and a collaborative approach with stakeholders ensure a customer-oriented framework.
Collective Ownership
Deliverables and team processes are improved progressively Sprint by Sprint, through the Scrum Ceremonies.
